Focusing on Pan-Asian and European fusion influences (our favourite options encompass both - the Aberdeen Angus 21-day aged steak and sashimi tuna are both amazing), dishes are wonderfully flavoursome and innovative, and the menu is constantly evolving, often updated on a weekly basis depending on the ingredients they can source.
